- Corrections: a fee, step or requirement in a guide that looks wrong or out of date. Please include the page link and, if you have it, the official source.
- Suggestions: a NADRA topic you could not find a clear guide for.
- Website problems: a broken link, a page that will not load, or an image that looks wrong.
- Privacy questions: anything covered by our Privacy Policy.
What We Cannot Help With
NadraGuide is an independent information website, not NADRA. We cannot check the status of your application, speed up a case, issue or correct a document, or refund a payment. For those matters, contact NADRA directly through its official helpline 051-111-786-100, the Pak ID app, or your nearest NADRA Registration Centre. Our Disclaimer explains the limits in full.

Please never send us your CNIC number, copies of your identity documents, passwords, bank details or one time passwords (OTP). We never need them, we will never ask for them, and messages containing them may be deleted unread for your own protection. If anyone asks for such details while claiming to represent this website, treat it as fraud.
